Overview
The City of Blackduck, MN has not adopted the MN State Building Codes
Per an email dated April 5 2019 to PLRB from Christina Regas (City Administrator/Zoning Administrator) for the City of Blackduck, "the City Planning Commission authorizes the land use permits; I act as the Zoning Administrator, and the City contracts with an outside company for building inspections when needed and rental inspections every two years."
